Carlos brings over 20 years of product, strategy, and AI experience from HP and Cisco — where he led platform transformations, built SaaS business models from scratch, and managed product portfolios spanning security, AI, and professional services.

He's helped Fortune 100 organizations launch and sunset enterprise CRM systems, restructure product lines into scalable modular frameworks, and build the as-a-service models that now generate recurring revenue at scale.

At HP, he currently leads the AI and security portfolio within Professional Services — building the Center of Excellence that defines how HP delivers PS at scale. Tactiq exists to bring that same caliber of thinking to companies that can't access it otherwise.
